"I'll go get him" James said getting out of the car and making his way down the alley with his brand new shotgun in Hand.
The front window to Kendo's was busted so James had no reason to use the door. Kendo was on the floor his stomach was torn out.
"Layton!" James called out making his was to the back counter and picking up some shotgun shells.
Layton was not there but his old partner had been smart and left his watch as to show James that he was there.
As James picked up the watch the door to his right bursted open revealing three dead heads cornering him behind the counter.
He took aim and fired hitting the zombie at the front making a domino effect with the other behind it.
James jumped the counter and ran back to the car.
"We just missed him" James told Kincaid putting a single shell into his shotgun.
"What do we do now?" Kincaid asked starting the car.
"Let's go to the college....."

Oh, ummmmm James is the S.T.A.R.S. member and Layton is an RPD member....you got it mixed up.
that's why Nemesis was after James.

"Reverse!" yelled James as he leaned out his window pulling a second grenade from his belt and tossing it in front of the Nemesis.
The man he just met swirved the car around and started up Warren Street.
James sat back in the passengers seat taking one last look out the review mirror thanking God the Nemesis did not follow.
"I'm James Phoenix of STARS Bravo Team" James said to the stranger as he checked the glove compartment.
"Who are you?"
Another giant explosion sounded off from the direction of the college.

"Stop the car!" James yelled at the man that was heading right for him and hearing the sounds of the Nemesis close behind.
James ran over to the passenger's side opening the door and getting into the seat.
