That's a great find Spartan. Which Wiki are you using? I don't think I've come across that one...

That is indeed the Wiki I use too, I obviously have missed some stuff. I shall have to scour over it again...

Well, it says he got killed off. They could always use him in another movie by saying that he just told Jill to tell people that so he could go and hunt down Umbrella. It is a movie, and no one knows what can happen in them.
Then he would be like a mixture of Billy Coen/Leon Kennedy.
Or they could do what they did with Alice and clone him....

It sucks they did that. A big reason why the movies need to be remade.

The movies in general, much like RE 4 & 5, killed Resident Evil, or rather aren't worthy of the title. Were they bad games and movies, no. But they don't follow Resident Evil...now I understand that they do have to change some things...but I think they took that a little to far...

They need to be burned and remade. The G-Virus should have been in the second movie.

But they don't follow Resident Evil...now I understand that they do have to change some things...but I think they took that a little to far... Well as I was saying in another topic, I saw an interview with Paul Anderson, and they did try to do a movie that was strictly based on the game, with George Romero as the one doing it, you know the guy who created what we know as zombies today (Night of the Living Dead, the original is one of his many movies.) and it sucked big time. If the Father of Zombies couldn't make it work, no one could. Paul Anderson said that he knew fans would be upset, as he had played the games and was very much aware his story differed greatly, but that the fans should see it as a kind of side story or events that were happening simultaneously with the things in the game, and they just weren't mentioned. On the whole, I don't really have a problem with them. I thought all 3 were pretty good, sure they had a few problems, like no Chris, Barry or some of the others, but on the whole, yea good movies. They need to be burned and remade. The G-Virus should have been in the second movie. I think that is a tad harsh. At one time I felt much the same, but after seeing that interview I mentioned above, I understood what Anderson was trying to do. Can you imagine how terribly boring the movies would have been if they followed the game strictly? Talk about a need to burn a movie, it would be a snooze fest with a few characters trying to find keys to get out...

Well yeah maybe a few things different but they went in a completley different direction with these movies. Not even close to Resident Evil (Cause the Zombies run too) and they sucked.

There intentions was to make them different from the games because they tried to do it solely based on the games, and it didn't work. I agree with the fast moving zombies, at least those didn't make an appearance until the 3rd movie. If I remember correctly, the first 2 movies had mainly your typical "Romero Zombies". I think it's Jill that makes the comment to Angie in the school about them being slow movers and easy to avoid. Those that did move quickly were in the third movie, and while they were created in the lab, instead of turning, I thought of those as the Crimson Heads.

That makes me wrong again. I really don't know anything about the series if I couldn't figure that out.

Can't answer that? That would be because no one said you were wrong. If you are referring to my pointing out that the fast moving zombies didn't make an appearance until the 3rd movie, it's the truth. Accept it and deal with, then move on. GROW UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
