"I hate to spoil the party, but we don't have all the time in the world. You know what Colonel Morton said about the President's contingency plan." Sarkis spoke up suddenly.
Nova glared at him. "Sergeant, that's classified information you're revealing." she told him.
"What 'contingency plan'?" James asked, confused.
"Captain, they should know this!" Sarkis argued, ignoring him.
"Seal your hatch. That's an order!" Nova ordered him.
Sarkis shook his head in disgust, but did as told.
"What 'contingency plan'?" James repeated.
"That information is on a need-to-know basis, and you don't need to know!"Nova growled.

"The hell I don't!" James yelled in raged by what he was hearing "we have every D**n right to know you B***h!"
He raised his handgun giving her an angry stare "You tell us or you're going to have to pick which hole you're going to S**t out of!"

Nova drew her own .45 and leveled it right at James' head, while Sarkis raised his SAW to his shoulder and put the other STARS officer in his sights. "You won't shoot me." she said with a grin.
"Why do you say that?" James inquired.
"Because if you do, he'll shoot you." Nova replied, nodding toward her partner. "Besides, we know something you don't. Hell, I'm guessing even your friend Kincaid doesn't even know. Without us and our escape and evasion plan, you're all dead. Now are you gonna lower your weapon, or is my XO here gonna have to use his. It's your choice." she told him.

"Either way I'm outta here" James said lowering his weapon and leaving the Stars office.
James was half way down the steps before a giant explosion in the wall sent him over the banister and onto the floor.
As the dust settled the monster was revealed......Nemesis.......

Layton heard the noise and swung his gun around the corner shooting.Layton Got the attention of the Nemesis. Layton Ran toward him and pulled out his Daggers. First Layton threw on and hit the Creature in the chest as Layton Kicking the dagger in further as Nemesis groaned.
Layton then Ran away for the creature as his guns fired away when Layton cut a corner dodging th bullets.
Layton then Yelled" JAMES you okay"

"Tis but a scratch my friend!" James joked pulling out his last grenade and charging the Nemesis.
He jumped onto the monster using the banister as a foot hold, pulling the pin and jamming it into the Nemsis' jaw.
"Get down!" James warned turning and shooting the grenade!

Layton Yelled" Old School Bro school"Layton joke knowing he was in relief. Layton put his shoulder around James and squeezed. "Nice Work Ditch B***h just joking"He laughed.
The other Saw what James and Layton did and were Amazed at them being so skilled and being just cops.

"Good. Saved me from having to waste ammo rescuing you." Nova said as she and Sarkis walked casually down the stairs and around the remains of the creature.
"No wonder their entire outfit was wiped out in that mansion. They use Hollywood as a training program." Sarkis added with a smirk.
"You know how fanboys are, Nat. They play their little videogames and watch their action movies, then go out and play like their heroes." Nova replied.
"No wonder Valentine joined up with this crew. The training was soft enough for her to handle without breaking." Sarkis said with a laugh, a remark that clearly hit a nerve with James.
There was a sudden crash behind them as the door at the end of the hall flew off its hinges, and out leaped a Licker, which immidiately turned its attention to the group and attacked.
The two soldiers made a quick about-face and opened fire on it. Both their weapons spit out streams of empty casings as they put a seemingly endless stream of lead into it, literally knocking it back through the air and cutting it to pieces.
The Licker let out a final, dying shriek as it writhed on the floor.
Nova ejected the empty magazine from her M4 and loaded a fresh one.
"You missed one." Sarkis mocked, clearly getting even further under James' skin.

"Nice one you guys. Go ahead and fire off multiple rounds, and let those creatures hear us." Kincaid said.
A Crimson Head then popped up behind Layton, and Kincaid rose his pistol, the bullet flying just past his ear, and then hitting the Crimson in the head 2 feet away, dropping it to the ground.
"Never mind, I'll take my chances." Kincaid said, becoming quiet once again.

Layton over his shoulder and said " Huh.....nice shot you got there"then Laughed.
Layton walked down the stairs to sarkis went straight to his Face pull out His Bird of a finger"F**k...YOU"
turned to James and nodded his head to leave as Layton started walking way.

Kincaid had to admit that he was a bit worried. If he was alone again, he might not make it through the night. When he had shot that zombie behind Layton, he was acting on reflexes what would happen if his reflexes failed him.
"Wait." Kincaid said to James and Layton.
The two turned around clearly P****d off.
"I know Sarkis and Nova have clearly P****d you off, but think about it. Do you really think you'll last out there with that behemoth chasing you all the way. I know you guys hate each other, but we have to stick together to win." Kincaid said.
"Look, we have a priest with us." Nova said quietly to Sarkis.
Kincaid ignored this, and looked towards James and Layton. Another thing he hated to admit was that if they left, they would be out of two good shots, and two people that knew Raccoon City. Kincaid then turned towards Nova.
"Now Nova. These two may have made you mad, but who else knows a quick way around these streets then a cop and a S.T.A.R.S? You may have some fancy map, but these two, know buildings in and out too." Kincaid said.

Nova glared at him "We don't need the RPD STARS to survive. We've been through warzones none of you can even imagine." she said, averting her gaze to the so-called General Kincaid Kincaid. "We should head for the river." she said to him, glancing at the two cops. "Raccoon City's 'finest' can tag along if they wish." she said, giving Layton the evil eye.

Kincaid then looked at Layton and James.
