^ Ha ha yeah sure - once I convert my English law degree into an American one. I dunno... I got 6 pounds back of my female flatmate , the male one who owes me 6 pounds is awake yet has not even knocked on my door to offer it me. I tell you if I owe someone money it is there the very next day. But anyhoo.. the party was ish. I was glad that a good friend of mine could make it because it made it easier for me We managed to get into the nearby nightclub for free then because my friend knows one of the bouncers... always handy! It was weird though because we got there at say one - to perhaps half one in the morning and then it seemed we were not there for very long before it shut at half three. Oh well. Then me and my friend stayed up chatting till around 6am this morning so was a good night. Woke up at half ten and don't feel tired at all strangely enough.

Having a party tonight.. so..
Although Im not impressed that I ended up using the 20 pounds I took otu of the cash machine to pay for 2 bottles of vodka, 2 bottles of soft drink and 2 packs of potato crisps simply because I had notes rather than coins. If I dont get back the 12 pounds my flatmates owe me I'm going to be mighty annoyed since I didn't want to buy those particular brands of drink as I thought the university shop had a better selection. But oh they are expensive.. blah blah freaking blah. Buying 2 bottles of cheapo vodka thats half the size of the 2 for 5 pounds selection is not less expensive at all.I dunno it annoys me a little bit that I got bullied into acquiescing to what the others wanted to drink. I don't drink a lot of vodka so was going to buy something a little lighter as I have to study in the morning. But my flatmate wouldn't allow us to buy separately because it was "pointless". Apparently I was being "undemocratic". Well whatever... but they are not the ones who spent 18 pounds on food/drink they wouldn't have actually bought because they cannot afford to spend 18 pounds on such stupid things. Spending 5 pounds on 2 bottles and then another 5 pounds on 2 bottles of soft drink makes much more sense to me. Rather than spending 10 pounds on 2 bottles of tiny vodka.. argh. I'm sooo aggravated right now its unbelievable. They knew I had gotten that money out in case we went clubbing afterwards and now I wont have enough money to get into the club if my flatmates don't give me the money back.
EDIT : I know all this makes me sound like some kind of moany killjoy but I'm not. I just appreciate good manners - and thats not arranging a "huge" party before you ask the people you live with - who may well have huge dissertations to write. Good manners also entails not inviting people over without asking your flatmates - especially if you then proceed to be noisy as anything whilst said flatmates are trying to study. It also does not entail leaving one of your flatmates to clean the house every week because you are too busy. Furthermore it certainly does not entail calling one of your flatmates "The Beast" and "Gringo" simply because he doesn't party with you. That's not nice.Oh and it also doesn't entail play fighting caboiera style in the hall.. oh no.
I feel better.

Ooh cosplaying Yay. Not so much call for it in my area - I mainly do it as fancy dress type stuff rather than conventions. Cosplayed as Lara Croft a few times , Claire Redfield once, Cordy from Buffy once. The Lara Croft ones are my fave .. because I have the right kind of shape - minus the overinflated chest! I've cosplayed Classic Lara , Movie Lara in black, Movie Lara in the Cradle of Life outfit, Tomb Raider 3 Nevada , London and South Pacific Outfits, TR: Legend outfits in brown and black... and the Tomb Raider 2 wetsuit. So yeah I'm big on the cosplaying. My sister and I were supposed to be doing "fancy dress/cosplaying" for our birthday nights out in Easter but coz I'm staying at uni we had to reschedule to June so gives us a bit more time to think. Not sure if we are cosplaying yet though. Anyhoo highlight of my day.. erm...I watched The Tudors earlier.. does that count? It was entertaining enough.

Highlight of my day - I watched Wolverine and The X-Men . Apparently CBBC ( Kids BBC) have been airing it since January and nobody told me God bless BBC Iplayer - all your online programme needs! Cyclops wasn't in the one I watched though.. and neither was Gambit so I was most dismayed.

Currently playing : ObsCure ( which I love and adore!) Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Chaos Bleeds ( trying to get a Slayer rating for all levels.. missing one currently) Tomb Raider : Angel of Darkness Final Fantasy 12 Shadow Hearts Will be playing Tomb Raider Underworld PS2 once I'm back home. Got to wait till May now coz my parents cant afford to get me and my sister from uni and if I got the bus home it would cost too much based on how long I would be staying home. So... I'm making the sacrifice

^ My parents are pretty cool now I think about it.Although my dad was less than pleased when I told him I watched the Basketball Diaries when I was around 10... yeah.. that displeased him. He didn't seem to understand my "But it has Leo in it!!" argument. Go figure.
All Resident Evil stuff - pretty much - is rated 15 over here. All the films are and as far as I know so are the games - at least the ones I have anyhow. Although I bought one last year when I was 20 and got asked for ID. I was like excuse me?? Ha.
Ugh I'm 22 in a few months.. and in a few more months will have a law degree. That scares me.

Highlight of my day? Today... not much! Dissertations suck just for the record.. as interesting as mine is to research - planning a final structure is much less fun. Highlight so far when I dried my hair this morning I watch about 6 songs off my Boyzone tour DVD. Ha.. does that count? They're very nice looking men and it kept me amused

^ Ooh that game looks good. I would love to play that if I had an X-Box that is. Ah well.. when I have the money I shall think about it. I love games like that.
My highlight will be the end of the day as its one day closer to me being finished with finals.
