No, it served the fight purpose, not the awsome purpose. You know what? I'm gonna make a poll!

We shouldn't have to go find Ryan at another site to find out what is happening with this one. When you have a site and make changes, the least you can do as a good administrator is to let your members know what is going on. Now admittedly this site isn't very active, but the active members have been here for some time and without them this site would have completely died over a year ago or before. And when you have a site and one of your staff pm's or emails you, you should at least have the decency to answer them. I know Spartan either emailed or pm'd him about it and so did I. I know I've not got any reply and I'm sure if Spartan had, he'd have let us know what was going on. How can the staff here answer questions the members have if we ourselves don't know what's going on?

I haven't heard from him, either. I'll post his reply here in this thread when I get one.

That's true it angers me he just did it without posting an announcment as to why he cleared everything out... @ Spartan: Thanks, it's appreciated.

That's true it angers me he just did it without posting an announcment as to why he cleared everything out... @ Spartan: Thanks, it's appreciated. It angers me for much the same reasons. I have tried my best with this site. I have been here for almost 2 years now, and the number of times that Ryan has left and come back with promises of it never happening again are going to be in the double digits soon. I completely understand that real life takes precedence over forum life. I myself have a family and am very busy. But I don't neglect my sites because of it. If I couldn't handle them, then I'd close them down. And while I'd hate to see this site close, it may be best because we will never be able to keep members this way. People don't like sites that just make changes with no thoughts to their members at all. Not to mention all the work Spartan and I did cleaning out the old topics and closing them off was for nothing. Another thing that angers me is it seems that he has plenty of time for that other forum, but none for this one that he created? Plus it also does great harm to the authority of the other staff members here, like Spartan and myself. People will be like why do we have to listen to anything they have to say, the owner doesn't even fill them in on things.... Sorry for ranting on about it, but it really ticks me off. All rudeness and obvious disregard for others always does. But my anger comes from my love for the site. If I didn't love the site, I wouldn't care a bit, but I do and I'm really hating what I've been seeing....

Sorry that was the wrong one Maybe you shouldn't have to go to the site where he's on to find out what's going on but it might be the only option. If you really want to know that is.
